Fight where it hurts
Plan your turn, lock it in, and everything lands at once. Every attack is aimed at the head, the body, an arm or the legs; every guard covers one of them. A blow to the head dazes, a gut wound bleeds, a broken arm hits softer. Read the fight, or be read.
Borrow his cards
The voice that guides you has a deck of its own, stronger than yours, and it lends it gladly. Every card costs corruption. Corruption makes you hit harder and break easier — and when it fills, you find out what he was growing you for.
Every body is a decision
Strip it for what it carried. Eat its strength and keep it, at a price. Make it a card for your deck. Or leave it be — and remember that you did.
From the deck

Descend
Floors of stone, water and bone, explored room by room, each with its own dead, its own strangers who want something, and a thing standing between you and the stairs down.
The Undercroft has been growing something. It is waiting at the bottom.
Follow the descent
New clips and progress from development, as the game is made.
